This high energy, intensive retreat is a deep dive into the leadership and team principles that produce cultures of accountability. Your team of managers or organizational leaders will also create a vision for the ideal culture and identify personal and organizational action plans to create a culture of accountability. The journey of this retreat begins with a needs assessment followed by one-on-one phone interviews with key members or every member of your retreat team. Upon arrival on location, your team will be greeted with a note describing a leadership challenge that must be completed within the first 2 hours of the retreat experience.
