Personality & Performance Profile Including Debrief Session

- Free Self Management Profile for yourself or another individual in your organization. CQ will recommend a profile that is role specific.
- All profiles are available online and can be completed in 30-45 minutes
- Once the profile is completed Corporate Quest will schedule a debrief session for the individual and/or their manager or other stakeholders.
- The debrief session will include profile interpretation, identification of natural strengths, developmental recommendations, and ideal mentor/coach matching criteria.
- We will also provide the participant and/or others involved with examples of how our client's organizations are successfully utilize these tools to build high performance teams, as well as, screen, select, develop, and retain their top performers.

Performance Coaching Session

- One free 90 minute session with a CQ Performance Coach for yourself or another individual in your organization.
- Participant can chose to focus the coaching session on any topic they feel could improve their individual performance in the workplace
- A participant can expect to identify a specific goal or objective, related actions needed, personal accountability structure, and means to measure progress towards the goal
- The participant will also have the opportunity to solicit "best practices" from their performance coach relevant to identified goal or objective.
- Common Topics Include: Career Management, Sales Performance, Managing Personal Accountability, Creating High Performance Teams, Coaching Others, Strategic Thinking, and Innovation.

Team Performance Audit
