When working with us, you'll experience our efficient 5-step process. Over the years we have found that this unique methodology makes it easy for you to contribute your ideas, perspective and knowledge without having to invest an inordinate amount of time in educating us on your current and desired reality.

We utilize this scalable and efficient process for all services at all levels. From half-day team building experiences and personality profiling to performance coaching relationships and culture enhancement initiatives our clients have found great value in the utilization of the CQ Process.

STEP I: Assess your current reality — we do this through interviews with key personnel, by administering surveys and on-line performance assessments for individuals, teams, and organizations and through our on-site round table discussions where key stake holders are encouraged to offer insight and input.

STEP II: Outline objectives and deliverables — Together, we will define in specific terms and metrics what your desired reality will look like. We will also work with your team to outline the Return on Investment you are expecting to see from your work with us. STEP III: Identify strengths and confront obstacles — Together, we will identify your core strengths, determine what your team needs to keep doing, and confront the issues and obstacles that may be preventing your team(s) from achieving your desired reality. Our findings in Steps I and II often lead us to important realizations about your team and your business challenges. This is the time in our process when we work with a highly select group of your leaders to identify opportunities for your teams to achieve breakthrough results.

STEP IV: Lead a powerful team building, strategic planning, or offsite meeting — Gain strategic alignment among key stakeholders through powerful off-site experiences and facilitated in-house meetings. This process will put the results of your psychometric team assessment into practice and help you to develop self management principles critical to performance at every level of your organization.

STEP V: Provide performance coaching and support to Step IV action plans — At this stage we work closely with our clients by providing performance coaching and a summary of recommended action items identified throughout the process that will ensure continued ROI & ROE. Our goal is to develop highly effective leaders and teams that are self-managed, focused, and enthusiastically committed to your organization.
