- Assess current management job descriptions and reporting structures.
- Interviews and reviews are conducted and proposed job descriptions are documented for each position.
- Customized, online 360° assessments will be prepared for each of the potential successors.
- Potential successors are assessed for leadership skills, problem solving approaches and skills, IQ, EQ and Management Potential.
- Potential successors will participate in a workshop entitled "Leadership — Creating a Self Managing Culture."
